At “MISS,” our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Therefore, we have created a simple return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully.
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of the product delivery.
Any request made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Your product will be eligible for a return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
The product must be brand new and unused.
The product must be unwashed.
All original tags and labels must be attached to the product.
The product must be in its original packaging.
We offer exchanges for all products.
Exchange is only available for a size change of the same product (size exchange).
If you have any issue other than the size, you will need to follow the return process.
Please Note: A refund is available under one condition only:
If you have received a wrong or a defective product.
In any other situation (such as size mismatch or not liking the product), you will only be offered an exchange, not a refund.
To confirm a refund, you are required to provide an uncut unboxing video.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please follow the steps below:
Email us at sonicreation15@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
In the email, provide your Order ID and a description of the issue.
You must attach a complete, uncut unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened and the product inside. Without this video, the request for a refund or exchange will not be considered.
Place a Request: You can place your request by visiting the “My Orders” section on our website or by emailing us at sonicreation15@gmail.com.
Pickup: Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
Self-Ship: If reverse pickup service is not available for your pincode, you will need to send the product back to us via Indian Post or another available courier service.
Courier Receipt: After self-shipping the product, please email us the courier receipt. We will reimburse you for the courier charges.
Once the product is returned to our warehouse and has been inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) within 5-7 working days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a parcel that is open, torn, or has a broken seal at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.
Make a video of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person and immediately send it to us at sonicreation15@gmail.com. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for the product’s cost as well as the shipping charges.
