Thank you for shopping with MISS! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and guidelines.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping in India
We currently ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. We have partnered with reputed courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
Shipping Partners: We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and others to dispatch your orders. The choice of courier partner is at our discretion.
3. Shipping Costs & Methods
We strive to make our shipping policy transparent and affordable for our valued customers.
Prepaid Orders:
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders with a total value of ₹799 or more.
For prepaid orders below ₹799, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India.
A flat convenience fee of ₹149 will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders, irrespective of the order value. This fee covers the additional handling costs incurred by our courier partners.
COD is not available for orders above ₹5,000.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
Metro Cities: 3 -4 business days
Tier II & III Cities: 5 – 7 business days
Remote Areas (including North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, etc.): 7 – 12 business days
Please Note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, public holidays, or other logistical issues on the part of our courier partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS from us, which will include:
Your order details.
A tracking ID.
A link to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid mobile number.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
7. Non-Delivery or Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners for timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company. In case of any issues, please contact our customer support team at help@miss.com.co, and we will do our best to help you track your package and coordinate with the courier partner.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or is different from what you ordered, please:
Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging.
